Location. Positioned on 12 acres of oceanfront property along Kaanapali Beach, the Westin Maui Resort and Spa in Kaanapali, Hawaii, is one mile from Lahaina, the Sugar Cane Train and the Kaanapali North and Kaanapali South golf courses. Lahaina Town, Maui's historic whaling capital, is three miles away. Complimentary airport shuttle service is available to Kapalua Airport, four miles from the hotel.

Hotel Features. Drawing from Maui's abundant natural bounty and multicultural heritage, the Westin Maui Resort and Spa features landscaped grounds with ponds, streams and waterfalls. An Asian art collection of porcelain, screens and statues decorates the hotel's lobby. Complimentary buffet style continental breakfasts are offered, while additional dining options are available on site. Ono's serves tapas and burgers, while the oceanfront Tropica prepares Pacific cuisine. Light meals and snacks are available at Seadogs on the pool deck and at the Colonnade, which also includes five terminals with Internet access. The Westin Maui Resort and Spa features an expansive water park with a freeform aquatic playground, a 120 foot waterslide and an adults only pool deck. A health club and spa, with a beauty salon, sauna, steam room and fitness center, offers ocean views. Additional spa services include yoga classes in the open air yoga studio and massages in one of the 16 massage treatment rooms. Shuttle service to Kaanapali golf and tennis facilities is available.

Guestrooms. Located in two 11 story towers, the Westin Maui Resort and Spa's 750 guestrooms feature private balconies, dark wooden furniture and original Asian artwork. Westin Heavenly Beds consisting of custom pillowtop mattresses, 233 thread count sheets, a comforter and feather down pillows are included. Rooms include cable television and high speed Internet access. Refrigerators and coffeemakers are provided in each room.

Expert Tip. The Westin Maui Resort and Spa offers private Kaanapali Sunset Dinners, booked in advance, which can be held on private lanais or in the resort's private dining cabana.
