Location. The San Sebastiano Garden Hotel is located in Venice, Italy, next to the Church of San Sebastiano and 800 metres from Saint Mark's Square. The nearest train station is Venezia San Lucia, one kilometre from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Housed in a three storey 16th century property, the San Sebastiano Garden Hotel overlooks the canal and combines traditional Venetian design with modern flourishes. The 24 hour front desk's multilingual staff offer tour assistance, currency exchange and around the clock room service. Massage treatments can be arranged on request.
A complimentary continental breakfast is served in the hotel's breakfast room, but can also be served by the fountain in the hotel's patio garden. Aperitifs are served in the lounge bar in the evening.

From Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE):
Distance to San Sebastiano Garden Hotel is 15 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.
Getting there. ATVO buses run every 30 minutes to Piazzale Roma in the city centre. Journey time is 20 minutes and single tickets cost 3 EUR. The ACTV number 5 bus also goes to Piazzale Roma. From here, catch the 82 water bus to San Basiliio. From the water bus stop, walk straight ahead through Campo San Basilio, and along San Sebastiano Canal for 50 metres. The hotel is on the right hand side. Private water taxis are available, but are typically very expensive. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Venice is best explored on foot or by public water buses (vaporetto). Three day passes for the public water bus cost 25 EUR and offer unlimited travel. Water taxis and gondolas are also available. Gondola ferries (traghetti) cross the Grand Canal and the fare is 50 cents. Drivers can leave their cars at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto.
