Location. The Connemara Gateway Hotel is a modern property set in ten acres of mature grounds in the village of Oughterard in Galway West, 12 kilometres from Ashford Castle and 14 kilometres from Galway City. Galway Carnmore Airport is 23 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 20 minutes.
